Rescheduling and refunds
Plans change, that's fine. Every booking can be rescheduled twice for free. Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email and pick any slot that still has a seat.
Payments are not refundable. If you can't make it, use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule, as early as you can.
If we have to cancel on you (say, the studio closes unexpectedly), you get a full refund.
Bringing friends? Up to two, 15 CHF per friend, paid at the studio. No separate booking needed.
